The first step is completing the registration form below. Once received, one of our therapists will be in touch for a Consultation Call. We will then schedule an intake session for paperwork, assessment, and forming your personal goals.

Therapy group sessions will meet once per week for 1 hour & 15mins. The day and time of the session will be decided by the majority of group members. Sessions start the week of June 10th.

Group discussions and topics will be tailored to the needs and interests of group members.

We would like for every member to attend every session. However, we understand that it is summer, so we ask each group member to commit to a minimum of 8 sessions to sign up.

The cost of the 10-week therapy group is $75 per session, due at time time of session.
We are offering a $100 discount for members who pay in full up front!

I believe in creating a judgement-free space to allow you the freedom to explore yourself more fully and find what’s missing. I’ll be honest while being empathetic. I’ll sit with you in the pain and offer actionable steps that you can take with you.
